Can you add a BingX referral code after registration?
Sometimes. BingX lets an existing account add a referral code in its My Referrer section, but only if the account hasn't made any deposit yet (crypto sent from another platform and Buy Crypto both count) and hasn't invited anyone to BingX. Once a code is bound, BingX says it can't be changed or removed. If your account no longer qualifies, the remaining route is switching to a new account opened through the right link, using BingX's own KYC transfer.
Where to add the code (if your account qualifies)
- App: tap the avatar on the home screen to open the sidebar, tap the arrow next to your avatar to open Profile Settings, then tap My Referrer.
- Web: hover over the avatar, choose Account & Security, and scroll down to the My Referrer section.
Enter the code exactly as written. The loweef BingX code is shown in the BingX sign-up guide. After it is bound, find your BingX UID and link it in the loweef dashboard.
The conditions, according to BingX's help center
- No deposit of any kind yet. An on-chain deposit from another platform and a Buy Crypto purchase both count as a deposit.
- You haven't invited anyone to BingX.
- No code is bound yet. Once a referral code is bound, it can't be changed or removed — the binding is final for that account.
These are BingX's rules and BingX can change them. If My Referrer doesn't accept a code, the account isn't eligible, and a code typed anywhere else in the app won't change that — see why a BingX referral code seems not to work.
If you already deposited or already have a referrer
The binding on that account stays as it is. The route that remains is a switch to a new account: create it through the referral link, then use BingX's official verification transfer so you don't redo KYC from scratch — the BingX KYC transfer guide walks through it.
Treat this as moving, not adding: move your funds over and trade on the new account only. Keeping a second account of your own to refer yourself is a self-referral scheme — it isn't eligible for payback under loweef's terms and can break exchange rules too.
What the code changes
The referral commission your trading generates goes to whoever the account is bound to. Bound to loweef's BingX code, 60% of each trading fee you pay comes back to you, accruing daily in USDT:
| Exchange | Total rate | Welcome boost | Effective taker |
|---|---|---|---|
| AlphaX | 65% | — | 0.0175% |
| BingX | 60% | 70% | 0.0200% |
| OKX | 50% | 60% | 0.0250% |
| MEXC | 55% | 65% | 0.0180% |
Figures are estimates based on published rates; actual results vary with maker/taker mix, and rates can change prospectively.
