BingX restricted countries: where BingX is not available
BingX's disclaimer names these restricted jurisdictions: Afghanistan, Burundi, Cambodia, Canada, the Central African Republic, mainland China, Cuba, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Hong Kong, Iran, Laos, Macau, Myanmar, the Netherlands, North Korea, Panama, Singapore, Somalia, the United Kingdom and the United States (including all US territories and minor outlying islands), plus the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine. BingX says the list is not exhaustive. If you live in one of these places, don't open or use a BingX account.

"Including but not limited to"
BingX introduces the list with "including but not limited to", so it is a minimum, not a complete map. BingX can restrict other places under its terms or sanctions rules and can change the list at any time. Read the current disclaimer before you open an account.
If you live in a restricted country
- Don't register or trade on BingX. Using an exchange from a place its terms exclude is a breach of those terms, and the exchange can restrict or close the account, including while funds are on it.
- Don't try to get around the restriction. Hiding where you are doesn't change which terms apply to you. Pick a service that is permitted where you live.
- If you moved after opening an account, contact BingX support and ask how to withdraw and close it properly.
How loweef applies this list
loweef follows BingX's list: a BingX UID can't be linked to loweef from a country on it, whether that is the country you declare or the one you connect from. The three Ukrainian regions can't be separated from the rest of Ukraine by country code, so for them it is up to you to follow BingX's terms.
If BingX is available where you live, the BingX sign-up guide shows how to open an account with loweef's code, which returns 60% of the trading fees you pay. Figures are estimates based on published rates, and rates can change prospectively.

Is BingX restricted in all of Ukraine?
No. Only the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions are on BingX's list. The rest of Ukraine is not.
