UID
A UID (user ID) is the unique account number an exchange assigns to you at registration. Rebate services use it to identify your account for attribution and payouts — without ever accessing the account itself.
Every exchange account has a UID, visible in the account or profile section of the exchange's app and website. It is an identifier, not a credential: knowing a UID does not grant login, trading, or withdrawal capability on the account.
That property makes the UID the standard key for non-custodial rebate services. By submitting your UID, you tell the platform which account's fee flow is yours; the platform verifies with the exchange that the UID is attributed under its partnership, then tracks commission and routes payback to that account. At no point does the flow require your password, your funds, or API keys.
Two practical notes: UIDs are per-exchange (you will have a different one on each venue), and sub-accounts often carry their own UIDs — link the one that actually trades. loweef's per-exchange guides show exactly where to find the UID on each partner, and masks stored UIDs in every interface except the moment you enter them.
