Rebate rate

The rebate rate is the percentage of your paid trading fees that is returned to you. Quoting convention matters: a serious rate is a share of fees, never a share of volume.

Rebate rates are the headline numbers of the payback world, and reading them correctly requires knowing the base. "60% rebate" means 60% of the fees you paid comes back — on a $10 fee, $6. A rate quoted against volume would be meaningless at these magnitudes, since fees themselves are only a fraction of a percent of volume.

Rates differ per exchange because the underlying affiliate commission differs: an exchange that shares more with partners enables a larger return to the trader. That is why loweef shows a distinct total rate per partner (50–67% currently) rather than one flat number, and why each rate carries a verification date.

When comparing platforms, check three things: the base (share of fees), what the split includes (some platforms quote the gross affiliate rate but pay you a fraction of it), and the settlement terms. A slightly lower rate credited daily and verifiably often beats a higher advertised rate with opaque payout rules.
