सेवा की शर्तें

1. Who we are

loweef ("loweef", "we", "us") is an independent affiliate service operated by the loweef team.

We are not a cryptocurrency exchange, broker, custodian, wallet provider, payment institution or investment adviser. We hold no client funds and execute no trades. We are not endorsed by, and have no relationship with, any exchange beyond a standard affiliate agreement.

These terms govern your use of the loweef website and dashboard. They do not govern your relationship with any exchange — that is covered by the exchange's own terms, which you accept directly with the exchange.

2. The service

When you open an exchange account through a loweef referral link and register that account's UID with us, the exchange reports your trading fees to us under that affiliate relationship and pays us an affiliate commission. We return a share of that commission to you. We call this share the payback. It accrues to your loweef balance for that exchange as commission data is reported, and is paid out when you request a withdrawal, as described in the balance section below.

Some exchanges also pay you a rebate directly. That stream is set, calculated and paid by the exchange, never passes through loweef, and is not governed by these terms. Where our site shows a combined figure, it says so.

We provide no trading service, no signals, no managed accounts, and no custody of any kind.

3. Eligibility and your account

• You must be of legal age and legally permitted to use the relevant exchange where you live. Confirming that — including any local restriction on derivatives trading — is your responsibility, not ours.
• You may register several exchange UIDs, but any one UID can be linked to only one loweef account.
• We link a UID only if the exchange account behind it was created through the loweef referral link. Attribution is fixed by the exchange when the account is created; where an exchange offers an official re-bind path, linking follows that exchange's conditions.
• You are responsible for keeping your loweef sign-in credentials secure. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

4. Linking a UID, and what can go wrong

Linking is a verification step, not an application. We check your UID against the exchange's affiliate reporting and either link it or tell you why we could not. Verification usually completes within a few hours. Before you submit, you should know the ways it can fail:

• The account was not created through the loweef referral link. This is the most common outcome and it cannot be fixed by resubmitting — the exchange fixed the attribution when the account was created. Depending on the exchange, you can either open a new account through the loweef link, or ask the exchange to change your referral if that exchange allows it. Our guides cover both.
• The exchange cannot find the UID. Usually a typo, or the UID of a sub-account rather than the main account.
• The UID is already verified on another loweef account. One UID belongs to one loweef account.
• We could not confirm the link after manual review. We will say so rather than leaving it pending.

A failed verification costs you nothing, changes nothing on your exchange account, and does not create any obligation. Nothing is deducted, nothing is charged, and you keep trading exactly as before. You can correct the cause and submit again. We show you the reason on your dashboard in every case.

Payback accrues only from trades executed after your UID is submitted and verified. Trades before that are not retroactive. We say this here because it is the single most common misunderstanding.

5. Referral binding

Referral attribution follows each exchange's own policy. As a rule it is permanent for the life of the account; some exchanges allow re-binding upon user request or after extended inactivity, in which case the exchange's policy prevails.

6. Payback: how it is calculated and paid

• Accrual starts from the date your UID link is submitted and subsequently verified. There is no retroactive accrual for trades before that date.
• Rates shown on our site are estimates derived from published fee schedules and, where you supply one, your own volume input. The amount actually settled is calculated from the commission data the exchange reports to us for your UID.
• Rates may change prospectively at any time as exchange policies or partnership terms change. Changes are published on the site and apply going forward, never backwards.
• Welcome boost rates, where offered, apply only for the period stated at the time you link, counted from your link date.
• We may withhold or reverse payback in cases of fraud, self-referral schemes, wash trading, exchange clawbacks, or breach of these terms.

loweef pays payback only within the commission it has actually received from the exchange. For any period in which the commission is not received, no payback arises for that period, and under no circumstances will an amount exceeding what we received be paid out.

This is not a disclaimer we invoke when convenient — it is the arithmetic of the service. We are a share of a commission stream. If the stream does not arrive, there is nothing to share. Where an exchange reports late, payback for that period is settled once the report arrives.

Payouts are made in USDT to the exchange UID you registered, by internal transfer on that same exchange. We do not send funds to external wallet addresses and will never ask you for one.

7. Your balance and withdrawals

Payback accrues into a balance held for you by loweef, itemised by exchange so you can see where it came from. Payouts are made by internal transfer, which works only within a single exchange, so every payout goes to one of the exchange UIDs you have linked and verified. Your dashboard shows the amount available to withdraw and which linked UIDs it can be sent to.

Your balance is an accrued share of affiliate commission — a rebate we owe you. It is not a deposit, not stored value or electronic money, not an investment, and it bears no interest. We hold it only until you withdraw it.

• You can request a withdrawal on your dashboard. A minimum withdrawal amount applies, shown on the dashboard at the time of the request; amounts below it cannot be requested.
• When you request a withdrawal, the amount is held against your balance so it cannot be requested twice.
• Withdrawals are executed manually by our operators as an internal transfer to your registered UID — usually within 1-2 business days, and no later than 5 business days. Each completed payout has an exchange transfer reference, which we retain as proof of payment.
• If your exchange account is closed, or your UID changes, withdrawals to the old UID stop. Link a replacement UID and your balance remains payable — subject to the received-commission limit above; your dashboard shows which linked UIDs a withdrawal can be sent to.
• If we find that part of a balance was accrued through fraud, self-referral schemes, wash trading, or an exchange clawback, we may reverse that part. We will show you which accruals were reversed and why.

Dormancy: if your account shows no sign-in for 12 months while holding a balance, we will attempt to contact you at your account email before anything else happens. Inactivity alone never forfeits your balance.

8. Ambassador programme

The ambassador programme is a referral partnership with loweef. Ambassadors are partners of loweef and of no one else: they are not sub-affiliates of any exchange, have no agreement with any exchange, and cannot represent themselves as acting for an exchange or for loweef.

• Attribution to an ambassador is determined once, at the moment a user first links an exchange UID, and does not change afterwards. Links clicked later do not reassign an existing user.
• You cannot be attributed to yourself. Using your own ambassador link for your own account creates no ambassador reward.
• Ambassador rewards are paid from loweef's own share of the commission. They never reduce the payback of the user who was referred — a referred user receives exactly what they would have received with no ambassador involved.
• Reward rates and any volume-based bonus are those published on the ambassador programme page at the relevant time. They are set out there rather than here so that a change to the programme does not require a change to your contract. Changes apply prospectively.
• Bonus periods are measured on the calendar the relevant exchange itself uses for reporting, which is not always UTC. The programme page states the boundary used for each exchange.
• The received-commission limit in the section above applies to ambassador rewards in exactly the same way.

If an ambassador is suspended, removed, or leaves the programme, the payback of every user attributed to them continues without interruption or change. A user is never penalised for the conduct of the person who referred them.

9. Partner program

The partner program pays a share of referred users' trading fees, as published on the partners page. A lower share rate applies while a referred user's welcome boost is still running; both rates are published on the partners page. The share never reduces a referred user's payback. One tier only — sub-partner recruiting is not permitted. Settlements follow the cycle stated on the partners page and may be updated prospectively.

10. Non-custodial; no advice

We never hold your funds. We never ask for deposits, private keys, seed phrases, passwords, or trading API keys, and you should treat any request that appears to come from us and asks for them as fraudulent.

Nothing on loweef is investment, legal, or tax advice, and nothing on loweef is a recommendation to trade, to trade more, or to use leverage. Trading decisions and their outcomes are entirely yours.

11. Prohibited use

• Market abuse, wash trading, or any trading pattern whose purpose is to generate commission rather than to trade.
• Self-referral, multi-account schemes, or registering UIDs of accounts you do not control.
• Use by any person or entity subject to applicable sanctions.
• Scraping, probing, overloading, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Representing loweef as an exchange, as a licensed financial service, or as an official partner beyond a standard affiliate relationship.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time and may ask us to delete your account.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. Where we do, legitimate payback accrued up to the point of suspension is settled in the ordinary way described above; we do not use suspension as a means of retaining money that has been earned. We will tell you the reason unless a legal obligation prevents us.

We may also discontinue support for an exchange, or the service as a whole, on reasonable notice. Accrued payback is settled before withdrawal is complete.

13. Partnership end

If a partnership between loweef and an exchange ends, payback legitimately accrued up to the end date is settled and paid.

14. Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you is limited to the payback amounts owed to you and not yet settled.

We are not liable for the conduct of any exchange, including outages, delistings, changes to fee schedules or affiliate programmes, account actions, withdrawal restrictions, or insolvency. We are not liable for your trading losses.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are posted on this page with a new "last updated" date and, where they affect how payback is calculated or paid, announced in the dashboard. Changes apply from the date they are posted and do not affect payback already accrued.

16. Governing law, disputes and contact

These terms are governed by the law of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Before any formal step, please contact us. Almost every dispute we have seen is a reporting-timing question that we can answer from the ledger. We aim to acknowledge a complaint within 5 business days and to resolve it within 30 days, telling you where we are if it takes longer.

When you contact us about a payback amount, give us your exchange, your UID, and the dates in question. We can then show you the accrual and settlement records for that UID rather than exchanging opinions about what the amount should have been.
